1- Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in the pan with a little oil until it is transparent.
2- Add the broccoli previously washed and cut into pieces, and the peeled and washed potato.
3 - Sauté everything, add 3 or 4 cups of chicken broth and 1 small brik of cream to cook. Cover the casserole and cook for 10-15 minutes.
